TOO SMALL NOT TTS

It really annoys me that the ad says "Fits true to size - order your normal size". I ordered 2 sizes larger than normal and it's still too small! I don't know what size to order!?!

Pros
  • They are exactly like in the photo. Excellent quality. The shoes fit as expected. My daughter loves them!
Cons
  • The slip-on design makes it difficult to put on while dancing.

Disappointed in your opinion

The shoes looked like they were worn before! The stain was visible on the heel of the boot. Disappointed carrying my daughter to a solo concert today!😫

Pros
  • My child wears 13.5 and size 1 fits perfectly. If you need room to grow, 1.5 can also be suitable. Perfect for her dance class.
Cons
  • Got 2 different shoes, both correct. The Capezzio brand fits perfectly

Works very little and no control

I ordered 13.5W and they are not wide. Well made shoes. But the size doesn't fit. These shoes are too expensive to fit. I don't know how to send back without a receipt.

Pros
  • The size is at least 1 size larger. Great shoes for jazz, only very small
Cons
  • Good quality shoes but very small. It fits at least 2 sizes smaller than other brands I've bought at dance stores.

Fits perfectly - my new review

My daughter wears a size 10 in regular shoes and a size 11.5 fits her perfectly, slightly larger in the toes but she will grow up in it.

Pros
  • I had to go back because it was too big and her dance teacher said it was a bulky style. Although it appeared to be of good quality.
Cons
  • They are very small, I almost thought I ordered the wrong size. We couldn't bring them in.

Too small. - My review

This product was of high quality but it was too small for my daughter. I would recommend buying two sizes larger than your actual size.

Pros
  • If you are new to this shoe, please order half a size larger. These hold up great! My dancers love these Jazzies.
Cons
  • The size is very small compared to other dance shoes, ballet flats, dress shoes and tennis shoes.

Definitely not Capacio quality

Definitely not the Capazio quality I'm used to. I always bought them for my daughter's dance classes. This pair has a small hole in the heel and the leather on the sole is peeling.

Pros
  • Fits true to size
Cons
  • Not real size.

Great shoe but very small

They look great but are tiny. So if you don't know your Capezio size, you may need to order multiple sizes. My daughter wears a size 9 street shoe and her chunky jazz shoes which are not wide enough are a size 8. I ordered an 8.5 and they look like a kid's shoe. Then I ordered 9.5, 10 and 1. I got 10 1st but it's still too small so 9.5 doesn't fit either. Hopefully 1 will fit when they arrive but I'll have to try 1.5 as well if 1 is too small too. I would just order in person but there are no…

CAPEZIO SIZING stinks, AT LEAST 2 or 3 SMALL SIZES

I love Capezios. Difficult to determine size without trying on. I bought 2 sizes. None of them came close to decent form. I could live close enough. I'm attaching pictures of 13w and 1w capezios next to a size 11 shoe from Walmart and a ruler. I thought maybe the wide width might make up for some of the other sizing issues. nope She needs a normal width. Prices went up so I bought a size 12 and 13 for a dance class. A dance class 12 fitted right in at her 10.5 foot height. Nice dance form but…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • thin

Fantastic and true to size!

My daughter received them dangerously close to the first competition of the season and after reading the reviews I was afraid they would be tiny. Our local dance shop is very popular. To be on the safe side, I ordered them half a size larger than my usual shoe size. They arrived and fit great leaving a little room to grow. I think a lot of people think that dance shoes should have room to grow when in reality they need to be worn snugly. Materials also weaken over time. I would say they fit…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No assault rifle
