Very small for the size shown

This sweater has a very small cut and is more suitable for size 8 girls than 10-14. The sleeves are also a bit short. The fabric is very soft and cozy, wish it was a little bigger. My daughter just turned 9 and I would say it's too young for her. She's a size 8-10 in everything else I buy at Target and other stores.
