My daughter is 40 pounds / 44 inches. It fits the small Capezio size chart. When these tights arrived they were very tight around her stomach. After 30 minutes the pantyhose on the inside of my 4 year old daughter's right thigh started to tear. I am so disappointed with the price and the brand name. The size is too small even for own diagram recommendations. My daughter has not scraped her foot anywhere in this short time.
