So far so good. They are MUCH stronger than the cheap hardware stores and not much more expensive. I bent a few cheaper ones and used them in my camping hammock. They worked great and showed no signs of flexing. They didn't even activate the safety clip at my full weight (160lbs). Will buy more.

I like these small and very light carabiners. I have reordered several times. We fly kites for kite surfing and make quick connect lines for our ski boat to anchor and tie to trees etc. It says "not for climbing" but they have a lower rating of 12 knots. They are lighter and thinner than climbing carabiners, so I suspect there isn't enough room for scratches, scrapes, wear and tear, dropped weights, etc.

I first bought these to hang my hammock on, but then I found that they were very easy to use to keep track of my brushes, so I use them as a keychain now. Also, they are very handy for hanging my backpack at night to keep it on the ground and away from mice and other critters trying to explore it closer than I would like. I love them and have even convinced my dad that he needs them!

The build quality is excellent and the price is good. However, the screw lock is impractical for my application. The thickness of the screw cylinder interferes with attachment to the straps and is quite annoying. The larger 4" carabiners probably wouldn't have this problem, but I needed the smaller size. If I had to do it again, I would buy a locking mechanism with a wire gate like this VANWALK-12KN locking carabiner.

Bought a set of 4 in 2 different colors. I use them for the ends of the Hennesy hammock so they should never approach their tensile strength. However, they're nice and light, so adding them to your setup won't be a hassle.
