This is a pretty dress but don't let the picture fool you. I knew I would need a petticoat, so I bought the one that was offered. When they arrived the slip was too tight for the petticoat. I had to rip the seams on both sides and add a 12" base triangle on BOTH sides. How can this photo not be over the top unless quality control is in place and I just got a tight skirt?
