🏍️ High-Quality BH-Motor Carburetor for Yamaha Raptor 660R YFM660R (2001-2005) Review

Went to the local bike shop because my carburetor was leaking, they wanted $300 to fix it, got this carburetor. Installed, it started immediately, a very good carburetor.

Surprised at the quality of this carburetor. I bolted it onto my 2001 Raptor 660 and the quad started. The factory settings are slightly lower. My biggest gripe was that the injectors aren't marked, so I have no idea what they are.

I am mounting this carb on a 1985 Yamaha xt600, I need to change the intake boots, trim them to 1/8" and change the throttle body and filters. good carburettor and increased cycle power and intake speed, custom-made cafe racer, 5 months construction time, formerly Yamaha xt 600

Arrived quickly. JUST BE CAREFUL! Examine this very carefully as I found metal shavings from the factory in some of the holes. After blowing it all out with an air hose, I installed the carburetor and my 660 Raptor started right up after a few tries. I am happy with the product for the price.

Okay, first off this carburetor is pretty imperfect. Starting with poor quality of machining, there were burrs everywhere in the casting and sharp edges on the machined surfaces, not suitable for connection with rubber bushings. I removed the float bowls to see which injectors they had and noticed metal shavings in the gasket. Then I moved on to the injectors, there were NO sizes marked on any of the injectors in the carburetor. Despite these things, I decided to try this on my 01 Raptor 660. I
