With a little help from YouTube I was able to install this replacement carburetor on my Ridgid RD6800 generator. It works great.

Received and in 10 minutes the generator started working. Thank you, 1 block was missing, but there was still release paper. Of course it was just a packaging error, no big deal.

Installed, the generator started and worked perfectly. I needed this because I left the petrol in the tank for several years and the original carburettor was glued together. I cleaned it really well and it worked again. So now I have a backup. I will also never use ethanol gas in my small power tools again.

After looking at the parts lists I found that this carburetor will fit both the Yamaha MZ300 engine (which I have) and the MZ360. Doesn't look like the original but fits and works great. The OEM part was about $300, so I was happy to find such an inexpensive and easy repair for my pressure washer.

The carburetor matched my Yamaha 360 motor generator perfectly and fixed my problem with a clogged carburetor from not leaving ethanol for about six months (I didn't turn off the gas and the generator let run). to starve). I'm giving 3 stars because the alternator tries to idle like it should (no load on the alternator) and almost dies and keeps coming out of idle. If you turn off the idle, the generator will run normally.
