🏍️ Enhanced Carburetor Replacement for 2002-2008 Yamaha Grizzly YFM660 660 4x4 from LIYYOO Review

I installed this and it "works" but cold start is very difficult and performance is lower than before. I haven't done this yet, but I really need to go back to the carb and reinstall it or see what adjustments I can make. However, the float works fine, which is the original problem with the old carburetor.

2003 660 grizzly no throttle body, spark plug looks cheap, no marks to check if it fits. the air filter has only one layer, not two, as in the original version. Come with a small filter with no instructions on where to put it. Don't think I'm putting it on the wrong bike

The spark plug had a large gap. Had to put a shim on the throttle needle to raise it and get it running smoothly between idle and peak, it doesn't adjust like the stock and isn't adjusted properly. I have bought several of these replacement carburetors for other cars and they mostly bolt on and work but not this one. I think that's to be expected considering the price compared to OEM.

I've been messing with this for over a month. Installed, driven 200 meters and stalled. After checking a few things, I took it apart and cleaned all the connections. I could restore my old one faster. I still have problems with smoothness. The old carburettor worked better than this one. Someone to call and ask a question. NO TELEPHONE NUMBER. They hide in the email. Don't waste your money on it. Just buy a recovery kit and fix the old one. You will be money and time ahead.

Buying this carburetor is a waste of time and money. The carburetor from this supplier is far from the factory specifications or even quasi-original quality. That's why. This 2006 Yamaha Rhino 660cc carburetor was assembled incorrectly with the accelerator cable mechanism on the carburetor reversed - so the cable had to be fed in from the rear which is impossible and the opposite of what is correct. All the manufacturer would need to see is a real Rhino carburetor to easily spot glaring errors…
