Great fit! Best in CV (Constant Velocity)

I was surprised it actually fits when I compared it to my old OEM axle on my 2003 Accord Ex coupe - they look different but it was a direct one Substitute. Has been working for 1 month and so far no complaints!

Works great on my 2006 4 cylinder Honda Accord

Works great on my 2006 4 cylinder Honda Accord for less than half the price of the original CV axle. The original CV axles lasted 70,000 miles on my car. I only gave 4 stars because only time will tell if they last that long.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Looks good, fits easily and rides smoothly.

Fits perfectly on the driver's side of a 2006 Honda Accord. It's only been a week so who knows how long it will be. It seems to be built really well. When comparing to the OEM Honda I removed it appeared identical. Very happy, saved so much money.

Pros
  • Shaft Assembly
Cons
  • Doubtful

I said I would update and here it is. I now have about 1200 miles on these parts and they work as expected. No noise, no sign of trouble. They just work the way they were designed. Just in case I'll update after more miles. Started by replacing both fronts with 162586 and will upgrade when they get a…

Broken axle in axle shaft assemblies

I bought this to replace an axle that had an inner joint failed - the inner joint is the end that goes into the gearbox. The front of my car vibrated a lot when I accelerated, so I had to replace the axle. Not wanting to spend more than $200 on OEM parts and looking for cheap new aftermarket axles, I found Cardone Select axles. They are new (not refurbished) and made in China, but I read enough good reviews that I decided to give them a try. Assembly was easy and they fit perfectly. My car runs
