I'm used to good old Carhartt Contractor polos. This shirt is much thinner and stretchier than this one. The sleeves are also shorter which I find a bit uncomfortable as I don't have the muscle phase you would expect from someone wearing a shirt like this. Also, the bag has a pen holder sewn on the side instead of being a separate piece of fabric, making the bag smaller. It may not bother some, but I carry my phone in this bag and now it barely fits.
