👕 Carhartt Little Toddler Fleece Sweatshirt: Trendy Boys' Clothing with Fashionable Hoodies & Sweatshirts Review

We bought a small size Carhartt sweatshirt for my son (8 yrs), it shrunk so much after one wash that it would fit my 5 yr old. He liked this sweatshirt so we bought another one in a larger size as we thought it would shrink a lot in the wash. Send it back - we'll keep it until it's big enough to wear. Nice sweatshirt but sizing and shrinkage are an issue.

Like every other Carhartt product, this hoodie is made of very durable fabric and is very comfortable. however, it's a little smaller than I expected. Sleeves are approximately 2 inches shorter than the size chart. It barely fits my 12 year old, he won't wear it very long before having to pass it on to his brother. I originally bought a 6 for my 4.5 year old. It's a bit big but not bulky at all (45 pounds). It felt a little short and the review I read said it got a little smaller after a few washes so I sent it back and got a 7. It's a little big but I wanted it to fit for more than 1 year. I can make 2 seasons out of it. In the summer it is also suitable for a light sweatshirt as it is not a heavy material. My son is always hot so a hoodie with a t-shirt underneath is perfect for him.
