XXL for ants on cold weather gloves

I ordered these XXL gloves for my husband who has huge giant hands and when they arrived they barely fit all 4 fingers even if you put your thumb in them. The XL gloves bought from Home Depot fit just right, so we figured the XXL gloves would do the job. Very disappointed that "Men's XXL" looked more like Women's Medium on a good day. Finally returned the product.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Hard to say

Poor workmanship - Men's

The attached picture shows how worn the fabric is after a week of use. My fingertips are worn to the point where my skin is exposed. Serves the purpose of sealing. I would not recommend them for serious work.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Great Gloves: Cold weather gloves

Bought a pair for my husband and a pair for me. The gloves are durable, warm and fit very well. We do all types of work with them including fencing work and they seem to hold up without cuts. I would say people should buy a tight fit as the gloves are a bit bulky.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Minor issues

As reliable as ever for gloves and mittens

Waterproof and durable. Comfortable too. I buy Carhartt gloves down a size because I use them aggressively and they fit my hand perfectly. Also, dry them by the fireplace and shake off the dirt. Like a good car, they get better the more you use them.

Pros
  • Good feel
Cons
  • Compatibility

Excellent gloves for cold weather gloves

For the price these gloves are excellent. Split and cut a lot of wood and these gloves are perfectly bulky when using a chainsaw or log splitter.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • so-so

Carhartt is now trash

Just received today. Now they are not leather, but plastic suede. Bought 3 pairs before, all leather. The 3-2 year old gloves are still in use, the gloves I bought last year were worn out on the thumb and forefinger in less than 1 year. Use it to process split wood. My wife's Carhartt work gloves wore out even in one gardening season. No more that expensive stuff for me.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Security
