Four stars because it's exactly how it should be

This shirt won't win awards for the softest, most luxurious t-shirt you'll ever wear, but cotton definitely has a good weight . we'll see how they age. Just received today, washed in cold water, tumble dried on low and stitching, general build quality and colors appear good at first glance. no shrinkage after drying. The sizes among the three I bought (two blue, one burgundy) are the same, which can be a common mistake. I went with other suggestions because of the size. It was one of the few…

Five stars in Henleys

I still think these are very good shirts but not the last two I've gotten. I bought one in June but after unpacking it, removing various labels etc I found holes in the pocket. I needed a shirt, and living in a rural area where returning is difficult at best, I kept the shirt and patched it. Now I've just bought another shirt from the same source through backorder and it also has a pocket problem. This time it's the Carhartt logo that looks like it's burned through a hole. This is a work shirt…

Excellent quality, mixed results.

First of all I have to say that I've been a huge Carhartt fan ever since I received a Carhartt garment as a gift. I like that they are considered everyday workwear, but you can also go to work in them. gear shift with this purchase; I've had difficult results, I bought both Carbon Heather and Dark Cobalt Blue medium sizes. I've noticed that Carbon Heather (made in Mexico) is perfect, while Dark Cobalt Blue (made in Guatemala) is better. Completely unknowingly and a little confused, I'm hoping…

Here's a new size category - "Smarge "

I have several t-shirts from Carhartt and others, but the large Carhartts are a bit big. I'm 5ft 11in, 170lbs, waist 36in. I'm not a bodybuilder or body builder but I chose the medium because the size large fits my shoulders and I always had to tuck it into my pants. This new medium is the perfect size for me, not small. or big, so I call it "Smarge" and it fits perfectly. I can leave it unfilled, which makes concealed carry much easier, but it doesn't "print" to announce I'm armed. More orders

Carhartt quality no longer exists, looks like

I have been buying Carhartt for almost 20 years and in the last 5 years the quality and consistency have greatly decreased. The material is thin, even those labeled 100% cotton appear to be at least 40% polyester. My allergic reaction seems to confirm this after testing a sample of the shirt after washing. I have 15 year old shirts that I wear weekly but they are still thicker than these. The sizes are out. At best, the current "loose fit" is a "thin fit" compared to the old "initial fit."…

You have resized.

Edit: I usually wear larger t-shirts from other brands, but Carhartt's medium-sized "original cut" has worked great for me for years. Since the "initial fit" is gone and their "loose fit" is too long (see below), I tried their little "loose fit". Comparable to the average "original fit" in terms of body and sleeve length, but slightly narrower in the chest and stomach. It's tolerable, but I'd like to keep the original environment instead. First review: I already have a pair of these short…

Carhartt is doing it again!

The Carhartt Henley Shirt is perfect in every way. Construction, durability and fit. I'm on the larger side of the scale and didn't make it past the six foot mark, but the 3x Henley fits like a champ. Roomy but not baggy, long but not too long. I'd say if you're under 6ft 2 or just don't want very long shirts, stick to standard sizes rather than long versions of your size. I learned this the hard way. lol. These shirts are great.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • So far so good

I downsize. in clothes

I usually wear a large one. I wear averages in these tailored Carhartt shirts with no shirt underneath. I have a lot of short and long sleeves. The poly/cotton blend colors are my favorites. Pure cotton fade (still like it). My bust is 43-44 inches, I wear jeans with a 34 inch waist. Plus size is messy, especially when you wear them as a first layer with a flannel or denim jacket over them.

Pros
  • beautiful thing

  • There are other interesting options.

5 star shirt

This is my first shirt from this brand and I am very happy with it. It is NOT very easy. However, I love that aspect of the shirt that it doesn't rip or fall apart after a few washes. It is soft and comfortable, no wrinkles after washing. All seams are sewn evenly and firmly, without proliferating and protruding threads. Reasonable for the money and the color is true, does not fade after washing. It's just a good all round shirt and I bought two of them. I have not found any flaws with this…

  • Easy installation
