I use these trays in my fridges. My main fridge has glass shelves and I'm tired of emptying and mopping up drips of meat, so two of these are perfect as shelf protectors under my packs of meat. I also use a few of these in our cheap replacement wire shelf beverage cooler. I don't like wire shelves because cans and bottles tip over easily. They offer a nice flat surface. These are nice standard canteen trays. They are very durable and very easy to care for - they can be washed directly in the dishwasher or simply by hand. There are no nooks and crannies to hide in. They stack well, and I think you can easily stack at least a few dozen. Maybe, maybe more. They are also very durable. I've been using them for a while and have washed them several times and they come out of the dishwasher brand new. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member.

Growing up in New Orleans, we had these trays when we ate cooked seafood. It was a great way to tidy up the tables after eating cooked crab, crayfish and shrimp. After finding a source for good Louisiana-style boiled crawfish in Boston, I decided I needed something better than newspaper over a garbage bag to enjoy crawfish. These trays are perfect for work and take up less space on the table, which is also my desk. They're also great for those rare occasions when I want to dine on the couch. My
