Smelled a bit musty when received. I was thinking of returning it as the packaging said it cannot be returned after washing. I'm glad I kept it, the smell went away after washing. I washed it in cold water on a gentle cycle and then air dried it. It was a huge hit, really completed the look I was going for, and really kept me warm for an hour or so while out in Denver in November.

Product does not quite meet my expectations. But I had to mark them down because of the price. Corresponds to the size in the description of the photo, but the description of the photo looks more fluffy. Also, the button for attaching a garment is sewn into the insert while it is being worn and is not accessible (as seen in the photo). I would have to rip open the stitching, remove the hook/eye and sew everything back together. Luckily I can sew. But I wish I didn't have to fix it to wear it…
