Overall, I like Carter's because they make clothes for smaller babies like my daughter (now she's about 28 at 9 months and only 16.3 pounds). These pants arrived as expected: I ordered a size 12 and they are a little big at the waist but doesn't fall out and are a bit longer but I don't have to roll them up.
