A bit small. The fabric quality is below the traditional Carters brand in my opinion. Not as soft as most of their stuff and a little tight. They do their job, especially since we got them to start potty training, but I wouldn't buy them again.

I bought these for my five year old who is on the small side of the charts. You are perfect! I love that they feel premium and fit him very well. My son just turned five and he's also a size 4 so runs small - if that helps you with sizing.

My son loves the patterns and overall they wear well and fit well into his 2T-3T pant size (I originally bought a size 2/3). They were starting to feel small so I decided to order the next size up. The next size option was 4/5. I bought them but they are definitely too big for his current pant sizes of 3T-4T. I will keep them until he is an adult but I think they should make them 3/4 size as the size they currently make/sell should be between 2/3 and 4/5.
