The insole came out and lost, now I can't use the shoes. Only a month and a half

These shoes are adorable and practical and I love them overall. However, the insole came out in one of them and somehow got lost, and now the granddaughter does not take it, we have only had it for a month and a half! And only worn about 6 times. The inside of the shoe under the pad is not comfortable to wear without the pad.

Great shoes but don't order a size down

Great quality shoes and very cute. Unfortunately, based on other reviews about the shoes getting big, I ordered a size smaller than my little one normally wears. I'm so sad because they are too small and I realize I should have just found out their actual shoe size. I can put her foot in, but my toes are at the toe of the boot and the boot doesn't fit when I put socks on her. I ordered a gray floral print and blue with white polka dots.
