It was very easy to fly. I host my nephews on the beach (ages 10 and 6) and we had no problem getting them airborne. They flew so sweetly through the air. As long as the wind was blowing, the kites stayed in the air without any problems.

I bought these for our grandkids and they are great. Can't wait to buy more strings so they can go even higher. I would rate it 5 stars but the rope is not attached to the handle and the first kite is launched. Luckily we were able to restore it.

I bought these for some kids who are like family to me. They live on the beach and I thought they would like to fly kites. The age of the children is 4 to 13 years. They loved dragons. It was so easy to lift her up in the air. Even the youngest could easily make her fly. They were a lot bigger than I expected and looked amazing in the air.

Hey, super happy! I bought them to fly with my grandchildren, the eldest of whom is 3 years old. I took one for a test flight the day I received them. The wind was light, from 4 to 8 m/s. The kite took off slightly and stayed in the sky until I brought it back to the ground. Although I can make better use of the boat at this point.

It is really hard to fly this kite in the sky, even though it tried to fly on a lake on a windy day. After numerous attempts, one of them finally took off. But the length of the kite rope was meager and didn't allow the kite to fly high. Bought 4 of these for my grandkids to enjoy on family vacations. Very disappointing. Please note: the kite will never fit back into the small bag it was packed in. Bring a ziplock gallon bag for storage.

Bought these for my nieces and nieces. I've gotten them before, but I think they lost it. Of all the kites I've tried for her, this style of airfoil was the easiest and most fun for her. They are 4-11 years old. From what I remember it was easy to get airborne with the first one I got and didn't need that much wind, plus it was easy for little kids to fly. I think the strings can get a little tangled if you're not careful when not in the air, but it's worth it.

We bought these for our grandkids and had a blast! We have a huge yard (hay field), they flew alone on a fairly windy day, but found that the creature's tail or legs had to be cut off. We left about 18 inches or so. Once we cut them, they haven't slept for a long time. When they fell to the ground and the wind picked up, they got up without help. Loved her and want more. The tail still needs trimming but we are so happy with the fun we all had.
