WILL NOT FIT PRINTER AS ADVANTAGE - Company sent working replacement

SHOT WITHOUT PRINTER while waiting for a proper replacement - then had to email again to get a UPS return label for the wrong one Sent item to get first. Although I finally got the right items, it was a tedious task, especially for a one-man office.

NOT SUITABLE FOR PRINTER HOW ADVANTAGEOUS - Company sent a replacement which worked

TAKEN WITHOUT PRINTER while waiting for a proper replacement - then had to email again to get a UPS return label first for receiving incorrect items. Although I finally got the right items, it was a tedious task, especially for a one-man office.
