It arrived a day late but it wasn't a big deal to me. On my first bake, I made a batch of almond flour banana bread muffins that came out moist and golden brown. The pan does not need to be greased. Happy with my purchase!

I bought these to make mostly portuguese mini pastries (like pasteis de nata) and was surprised at how they literally slipped right out of the tins are. I'm very glad I bought this product, especially as I was trying to find a non-toxic, safe-to-use form of non-stick. I had no idea that making pottery is so easy and safe!

So far it's holding up well and turning out to be a good cake tin. I definitely like this ceramic material more than silicone, aluminum, etc. I deducted a star because the beveled edge around each cup makes cleaning difficult. The adjacent area would be easier to clean but I don't know, maybe then the products wouldn't bake as well as they do. It's not a big problem and I would buy this pan again.

I liked my first mini muffin mold so much that I decided to buy another one because we had a huge batch of baking for our high school senior. The first was virtually non-tacky, so much so that I rarely had to spray it. The second one doesn't hold up well even after spraying, and we mostly just used the old one. I don't know if the company has changed their cover but I wish I had another one identical to the one I bought over a year ago.

I was a bit skeptical that they might not stick well, but this is the healthiest option I could find so I gave it a try. I grease a little each time, but I don't know if it's even necessary. NO problems with sticking. I liked this pan so much that I ordered a second one. Finally something I can use on my kids without having to wonder what chemicals are in their food.
