Great Service and Communication - Very Professional

The techs at CAC have been extremely professional in everything they do with my computers/ networks & workstations as well. I enjoy talking directly w them via text messaging whenever we feel necessary during their shifts! Sometimes there is only enough computer time for 1 person (sometimes 2 or more) per day but that doesn't really bother me because of how fast things get fixed by other members of staff who aren’t always available due to schedule conflicts etc. It can be hard trying not find…

  • Very knowledgeable technicians, excellent communication skills when contacting support team regarding issues.
  • Greatly appreciated quick responses made through all methods used including mobile app

Great Service and Professional Staff

I like that they are very responsive with any issues or questions i have had from them in general! They take their job seriously but keep things lighthearted at times too which is nice as well!! The best part of working here so far was getting my car repaired while its still under warranty for free (which took forever). Nothing really bad about this place just some minor inconveniences such us having your vehicle out longer than expected waiting around etc.. Overall good experience though…

Pros

  • Reasonable pricing, not overpriced either :)
Cons
  • No major complaints to report..just an inconvenience when something takes more hours then originally estimated.
  • Some parts may be hard(and expensive)to find locally instead coming straight off manufacturer website; however it's possible you can order those directly through manufacture online storefronts anyway? Not sure what else could've been

Constantly evolving business model & dedication

I like that they are constantly working towards new ways of doing things in order to provide better service for our customers. They have really worked hard at improving their customer experience by implementing systems such as CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) which is very helpful to us! The only thing about them we dislike would be if there were more employees so everyone could work from home or other offices rather than having office space dedicated just to computer maintenance…

  • What stood out best besides being able help me when my computers start acting up,is everything else i loved it but what stands first among others has nothing specifically set apart except maybe its amazing graphics
