As can be seen in the attached picture, the key is NOT put in the slot, clean! If I knew that, I wouldn't spend money to buy it. I ended up using the buttons of this "product” and replacing the buttons that deleted the image on the button with the buttons of this "product”. (That's why you see holes in the "product" and not the buttons.) I definitely DO NOT recommend this "product"; do not buy!

Key blade does not match Acura OEM blade exactly. The plastic head is slightly larger. The Acura dealer was unable to cut a copy of the driver 1 key, this key kept popping out of the key/blade duplicator. I had to call a local locksmith to cut it.

Worked great on my 2012 Acura RL. Ordered because my buttons were illegible. The used buttons and housing now look like new again. I just popped in the electronic guts and my original key and all is well again. I don't understand the landing problems in the previous posts.

Terrible item. A pro carved a key for me, but it didn't work. The locksmith said the keys are thinner than the original keys so they wouldn't open the car. too much slippage in the keyway. waste of money. don't buy them. Save money. I'll give them 0 stars if I could.
