🕰️ Casio F 105 Black Resin Watches Review

It took me a while to figure out which watch strap would fit my trusty F-91 Casio which I have owned for many years. It was actually cheaper to buy a new one, but I just couldn't add more waste to the planet. My four stars only because the price should be lower than the actual watch, but there is more.

These straps are perfect but they are a bit overpriced. When a watch lasts over 10 years, I'm kind of loyal to the device and I just need it to work. These strips last about 2 years and when you divide the cost by the number of days it's pretty reasonable.

The bracelet is fine although there are no pins. To remove the old tape and apply new tape, slide the pins out in the direction of the arrows printed on the inside of the tape, and then insert them back through the new tape in the opposite direction. Having done this, after installing the new strap I noticed that the pins weren't as tight as they were and after one run with the watch one of the pins came loose and I almost lost the watch. I think I may need to replace the contacts with wires…

I don't know if the problem is me or the strap, but over the years I've had issues with the durability of Casio's polymer straps. They usually don't last more than a year before they break, mostly where they bend in the corresponding hole. This usually happens when I undress or run my wrist over a surface that the watch is tracking. The group is doing great so far.

Perfect fit. He doesn't bring pins. The letters on the buckle do not match the original buckle, this is a genuine CASIO product.

So what? Why throw away a watch that many consider to be the best ever? Good strap for a very comfortable, accurate and durable watch. Come on Casio!
