The bracelet is fine although there are no pins. To remove the old tape and apply new tape, slide the pins out in the direction of the arrows printed on the inside of the tape, and then insert them back through the new tape in the opposite direction. Having done this, after installing the new strap I noticed that the pins weren't as tight as they were and after one run with the watch one of the pins came loose and I almost lost the watch. I think I may need to replace the contacts with wires that can be crimped and not slip. This problem is not the group's fault. Although I would like to continue using the old watch with the new strap, I am wondering if this is not being saved at the wrong end. The strap costs $8.10, but the same watch can be purchased for $9.55 and comes with a new strap and battery! Once I replace the battery in my old watch with a new strap, I spend more than buying a new watch! A little crazy.
