⌚ Casio G-Shock GA-2100-1A1 Retro-Style Analog-Digital Watch with Carbon Core Guard Review

I really like how the watch looks black on black. considering what has been said; hard to read when it's dark. The digital display and day of the week cannot always be read. The LED backlight is a gimmick as it illuminates almost nothing. A little pain in the neck to install.

Nice feel, not like cheap plastic. I have the all black version that I wanted. Great dive watch for swimming, a little hard to see in certain conditions, wish the digital display and light were a bit bigger/brighter, but great watch, hope it lasts.

I was looking forward to this watch but unfortunately it's impossible to read both digital and analogue hands. Even using a key backlight for 3 seconds doesn't help as it's very dim. I returned it and considered trying a different color but while it might help the analog hands I'm pretty sure the digital part would still be unreadable.

I returned this watch because the digital time numbers were too small to read. The watch was nice to look at and looked good on the hand, but you have to have excellent eyesight to tell what time it is. There was also great difficulty in understanding the instructions. Maybe I'm just getting old (not really) I actually watched the how-to videos and read the instructions and still couldn't figure it out. with all the hype about this watch, added the slight delay it took to arrive. I was excited to finally get them and open them only to be slightly disappointed and overwhelmed by all expectations. I bought the "invisible" (all black) version for $99 here at Revain from BrandsWalk. It seems that some retailers are pumping up the prices on these watches, which is typical of some watches that are in short supply these days (particularly Rolex men's sports models or that G-Shock). I thank BrandsWalk for the decency not to take advantage of this situation. As others have said, this G-Shock wears less than its 45mm diameter.
