Great replacement. I have a watch for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, never take it off, it's just as good as the original strap!

so this is an original Casio Giez replacement but the original part number for my watch listed in the product description (10212982) is not that what I received. I got 1033205 which (based on random web surfing) is the suggested replacement I think. It's not exactly the same as my original band, mine is maybe 1/4" longer on the long band and maybe .020" or .040" wider than my band. Looks the same as the original but both sides of the strap are shorter than the original they replace. To be honest I'm not impressed. When the watch strap is closed it looks like a kid's version because it barely reaches my wrist leaving only a notch. It feels like Casio has made a kid's version of a replacement watch strap aimed at the male segment of Casio's customer base.

I wish the strap was gloss black like my G-SHOCK GS-1000BJ. This is matte black. It does the job, but I'm assuming they don't sell a glossy black version.

The watch band fits my G-Shock Giez GS-1100 [4777] perfectly. I removed the old strap with a sharp razor blade. This exposed the ends of the screws holding the band in place. You will need a small but sturdy Phillips screwdriver to remove the strap mounting screws; The tip of my first screwdriver broke off.
