The watch band fits my G-Shock Giez GS-1100 [4777] perfectly. I removed the old strap with a sharp razor blade. This exposed the ends of the screws holding the band in place. You will need a small but sturdy Phillips screwdriver to remove the strap mounting screws; The tip of my first screwdriver broke off. The threads are secured with Loc-Tite type thread compound and you will need a lot of pressure and a good grip to get the screws out. Be careful not to round off the screw heads. You can only remove one screw from each half of the tape and remove the tape from the plain end of the screw shank. This method is preferable to removing both screws.
