Exactly as described. I wear 5/8" and they fit perfectly. The entire back has to go through your ear so it might be a hard squeeze for some, but I had no problems. I wish I'd paid more attention to the photos, I did didn't notice that the pear shape was dangling under the ear.

Lovely pieces have received many compliments, love them, they fit very well, only problem is they just fell apart after two weeks of wearing, literally the glue that she held together, just let go. and they fell out of my ears in pieces, so that's cool

They are a bit heavy so I had to put them in my ear to keep them from stretching due to the weight. Aside from being gorgeous, they have a realistic looking opalescent texture and gold has a true gold tone to it. No skin irritation as a previous reviewer mentioned, but everyone's skin is different. My only complaint is the weight.

I thought she was beautiful, elegant and feminine. I would only suggest leaving the sensors out of your ears to give time to settle before putting them on if you have thin/attached earlobes like I had before stretching them. These beauties pack weight and can stretch skinny lobs. I usually leave them on special occasions and always sleep without sensors the night before.

I was really looking forward to getting them today. I opened them up and was really excited to put them in, but noticed one has 4 dots that look like they were soldered on and I just thought it wasn't a big deal until I put them in, felt something - something weird , took it out, and there was a WIRE. sticking out which stung me upon insertion. Again I thought maybe I could just pry the protruding wire out with tweezers and it would be fine, but NO, it doesn't work. I'm disappointed now

I like it! I originally bought these to spice up my holiday look, now I wear them almost every day! For people who are a little afraid of the negative stigma behind stretched ears, this is for you. For those who JUST DON'T CARE, just like you! They look like regular earrings and I got a lot of compliments on them.
