Bought for my daughter's birthday in mermaid style for 8tg. And buy another one for her younger sister. They both love this duvet, very soft and cozy with a lovely sheen. I am happy with my purchase.

She has two different mermaid style comforters and this is her favorite. Spacious on our skinny, average height 8 year old. Comes to the chest. She loves it. Will definitely be able to use it for a few more years.

We got this for my daughter's 6th birthday. She liked it and it's very comfortable. However, after two days of use, it started falling apart before our eyes. There was no laundry either. The stitching is clearly of poor quality so I would look elsewhere.

The colors, the softness and the general idea of sleeping in a mermaid tail are really lovely! My four year old niece will love it. And her mom might just throw it in the laundry! A much better product than the ponytails I've seen crocheted or made from other materials. Thank you!

Perfect for my 4 year old. I wasn't sure how big it would be in the photos, but it's long enough for a grown man and enough to go up to his neck. (My 4 year old is good at pulling it over her head. It's big for her but she can cuddle and loves it. Very soft and very pretty!

First of all, it was very, very soft and beautiful! However, I bought this for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas as it says child size. It was still tall for me, I'm 5ft tall. My second complaint is that it didn't come in a box like you see in the store, it was just thrown in a plastic bag so I would have to use a clothes box to put it in.

This duvet is more impressive than I expected. It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be if you don't take the measurements into account. I'm 5ft 2in and it comes down to my chin. The scales are not printed but colored and shaped like scales so you can feel them which I didn't expect. I bought it for my 7 year old child. Niece and I'm sure she will love it!

This was a Christmas present for my almost 6 year old (46.5 inches tall) and was very well received. It's very soft and the gold foil is a nice touch. not very thick, but comparable to the thickness of your current favorite blanket. She loves to climb in and be a burrito, and she has plenty of room to grow. I would recommend it to any young mermaid fan.

Not only were there holes at the seams, new holes (like runners in tights) formed where the fabric was literally torn to pieces.
