Catit 41371 Cabrio Carrier Turquoise Review

When everything is assembled using only the front door everything is fine. But opening and closing the upper doors is almost impossible without a lot of effort. It just doesn't work. I was hoping to use the top for opening and closing more but sticking with the sides, the case itself is really good and I love the see through front. I use it for a small dog.

I loved this carrier when a friend first told me about it. One of my cats always pees on the way to the vet, so I was drawn to the feature that allows urine to drain down the sides. 100% of the demand is covered there. I was hoping that the floor would be more non-slip. Overall not bad. My other carriers have a bath mat on the bottom to prevent slipping. My main complaint is that it doesn't close easily from the top. I have to fiddle with it to align it properly so it can jam. What a pain when…

Although the Catit convertible cat carrier is made of heavy plastic, overall I don't think it was the best choice of material for everything. After collecting it, I worried if my cat might escape. The two side panels were difficult to snap into place due to alignment issues. Once the pages were on, they would not align properly when the media was closed. which unfortunately left a gap. It barely snaps into place by sliding along the sides and trying to snap it in place with a detachable plastic

Once assembled, the device feels quite sturdy; However, operating the doors - both top and front - is difficult to assemble and then close. Since everything is a bit curved, I sometimes have to hold the unit and the door to actually snap it into place. The feed door in front of the bowls does not snap into place very tightly. The fiery cat could probably have fought its way through if the bowls weren't there. If you are transporting small cats or kittens, they will likely fit through the holes…
