Optical Lens Cleaner for CDs and DVDs Review

Out of the box, the "brush" looks like a worn toothbrush. The smallest toothbrush ever. And curved bristles. Didn't work for my CD problem.

Used and sold as new, previously used and sold as new, what more can I say? Attention buyers, attention buyers, attention buyers!

This drive worked GREAT! He fixed my car drive! I was so worried that I would have to replace my car CD. My mechanic advised me to buy a CD cleaner. So I bought this one because it was the lowest price and I got it delivered fast!

When it arrived our Wii console wasn't playing any of our game discs at all. After only using it a few times, less than a minute of actual cleaning, it worked! I wish it came with a disc storage sleeve between uses, but at such a reasonable price I don't mind having to search around the house for an old blank sleeve.

I love that I can now clean my DVD player's laser lens and continue to play my DVDs and DVDs just fine. The disc was easy to handle, the packaging was correct, and the thickness of the disc and packaging were just right. I simply insert a laser lens cleaning disc into the DVD player and my lens is clean and ready for the next DVD.

I know your company has a reputation for quality products, but this product has really let me down. I am 74 years old and have over 300 CDs and 5000 LPs. This is the worst quality I have ever received and has a small tear at the hairline. I've bought over 300 items from E-Bay in 16 years and they've always treated me very well, but I've thought about making you my sole supplier. I hope you can fix this by either sending me a higher quality replacement or a refund. Thank you for your attention…

I love that I can now clean my DVD player's laser lens and continue to play my DVDs and DVDs just fine. Used this on my BOSE system which was showing a disc error during playback and/or not accepting DVDs at all. Followed the instructions and ran it twice but it doesn't fix the problem. Not sure if it just didn't work or if BOSE has bigger problems. I didn't pay much for it so I won't be returning it. Next time you can try a more expensive lens cleaner and see if that solves the problem. Remembering the old adage, you get what you pay for!
