good orbit on Sanders

Super aggressive and can get away from you if you're not careful. I use it where I can get my DA. soft and firm wins the race with this tool. Consumes very little air.

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • Very expensive

Ideal for grinding machines

Allows you to work quickly in the tightest of spaces when grinding. Connecting the regulator slows down the speed, but so can the flip-flop. Can use enough air at full throttle without regulation, so you may need to let it catch up if running continuously for more than a few minutes. I use it to build/repair RC models so it's only used for short bursts. Worth every penny.

Pros
  • Aluminum
Cons
  • Delicate

Shaft won't lock with locking key

My grinder is great except I can't put the locking key in the hole to lock the shaft lock, which I took a closer look and found that the hole in the shaft is too small for the wrench that came with it. The inner shaft may have the correct size hole, but the hole does not line up with the hole in the handle. What does it mean that I can't block the shaft so it doesn't rotate to change pads. The tool itself seems great, but failing to jam the shaft is a deal breaker. Can someone help me?

Pros
  • Center Pneumatic 2" Professional Mini Orbital Pneumatic Grinder
Cons
  • Not bad but...
