This cable is either a bit short or of poor quality. It takes about 3/4 of the attempts to disconnect and reconnect to transfer the sound of the music to the radio. It then adjusts the sound of my phone on its own. I would increase the volume and decrease it by 3 steps myself! Can you say disappointment? Especially while driving. It's not for me, dude.

It's not tight at the base, definitely moves easily and can curl slightly. The sound quality is no different than any other accessory cable I have used, the lightning cable is very low on the sound quality scale which should not be a deciding factor in purchasing this product. I bought it because it was cheap and could be delivered the next day. Will I recommend it? No, it's cheap and loose at the base.

Works well if you don't move your phone too often. When you move the cable it cuts and starts playing through the phone and you have to unplug the cable and put it back in the car. I've never had this problem with other aux cables, but I'm tired of forgetting to upgrade the dongle: this product is just annoying. You don't have to move the cable and it just stops working. So come find out, that's a picky bitch. Like an animal mating for life. I used it for my phone all the time and sometimes it suffered and paused because it was connected to my phone, no big deal. But try to let your friends use it, it will play a song or two but won't work anymore. It's fun because I download the same song to my phone, plug it in and it works the first time. It's silly but makes a big joke. But seriously, this is a good product and no problems with it!

I really like the braided sheath and when it works it's good. If it isn't. nothing works. Says it's Apple certified, but I'm not entirely sure I believe that. Use it in the aux jack in my car to stream music from my iPhone through the Revain Music app. Works for five minutes and loses connection. EDIT 8/2021: cable completely torn and had to be disposed of. It lasted a year which is honestly longer than I thought it would be, but I wouldn't buy this particular cable again.
