The metal part that goes into the phone has broken off making it unusable. I had to use it twice. I'm not rough with it, I haven't bent it or abused it, it's just not well done. Too bad because the two times I've used it the sound quality has been fantastic. I wouldn't buy any other because if it breaks while connected to the phone I assume the company that makes it won't cover the cost of fixing the problem in the phone.

When I first got it it worked great but after about a week it started stopping my music and not playing through Aux so I had to have the cable turn around and plug in again and it works. This worked like that for a few weeks, but now it's completely broken and doesn't work. I don't drive much so I don't use it all the time but even if I did I think it should last more than a few weeks. I should have just spent a few bucks more and gotten a better one.

Initially I was very happy with this product! 1 month worked perfectly. Now it doesn't work well. The audio only comes from one side of my car (when using bluetooth or radio the audio works fine on both sides so it's a wiring issue not speakers).
