Almost Perfect Adapter Cable

I almost never upgraded my iPhone past 6S Plus because I didn't want to lose the headphone jack, but at some point the headphone jack stopped working so I had no choice but to refresh. I liked the little adapter that Apple makes to plug in headphones or an audio cable, but it was so small it was very easy to lose it. Also, the short string attached to it was thin enough for a kitten to easily bite through, which automatically goes down $25 down the drain. Then I saw this cable and decided to give it a try. It was exactly what I wanted because it's long and the cord is thicker so it's a lot harder to cut through. The sound quality is no different than Apple's small $25 adapter. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that 4.5 is not an option. My only complaint is that unlike Apple's little device, this one doesn't work for the one thing I use a cable for. My car doesn't have Bluetooth, so I have to manually connect my phone to the AUX input to be able to hear the car radio. The little Apple cable was good for every possible use. This works great for playing music and YouTube videos over the radio, but for some reason it doesn't work for real phone calls. I can only use the phone's built-in speakers for this. If they can fix this shortcoming, I will be happy to upgrade the rating to 5 stars.
