I wear a size 12 or 12.5 from almost every popular sports brand - Brooks, Asics, Altra, Nike etc. Without the inserts it's still a size 12 or 12.5. If I want to wear PowerSteps instead of normal insoles, then it is 12.5 or bust size. Their size 11 is almost perfect for my feet. When walking and with the straps slightly tightened, my feet fit perfectly on the platform with a little more room at the top.
