Item works fine but pump doesn't work. I've bought it at least 3 times and it never works! Pretty frustrating for a $60 product. It's probably worth looking for another suede product.

The fact that the cream is too thick to get out of the pump is great. I use another plastic container and squeeze out a few pieces. Besides, it's a good thing and works well.

The pump works well. You just need to close the hole when you inflate it to prevent air from entering. Do a few clicks this way and the tube will fill up with cream, and from now on it will work.

I liked the product but the pump does not work. I got this larger size for the convenience of the pump, only to find it defective when it arrived. I didn't return it as I needed it for long trips. Nice and thick, pleasant smell, doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

I've been using ButtR in the cream for a long time. It is excellent. It's all expensive. I thought of a pump because that would be more convenient. Lotion and cream are different. I'll use the rest of it, but for now I'll stick with the tube.

For the pump to work: Unscrew and mix the contents so that they do not accumulate only on one side. Then close the pump opening and pump 5-10 times so that the product and not the air is lifted. Then remove your finger and pump another 5-10 times. I had to repeat this process 2-3 times but now it works great.

OMG! I love Shammy Cream and was so excited there was a larger size. Sorry I missed the comments. The pump doesn't work. It was a waste of $50. I think I will have to buy small bottles from time to time. I hope you all fix this. It's a real shame because the product itself is amazing.

What I said above. Instead of being liquid and pumpable, the contents of the bottle are a thick paste, so the pump doesn't push them out of the bottle. It's like trying to eat ice cream through a straw. I am familiar with the product so I know this order was not normal. I can't return it because unfortunately I'm outside the return window.

This is a great product that I have used for years. However, I think the product sent this time was an old bottle where the product was too hard to get through the pump. I can't get it out of the bottle. I would like the seller to send me a new bottle with fresher product. Other than that, this is a great product for both female and male cyclists.
