Much softer and fluffier than I expected. I bought this for my hyggekrog (my cozy nook) where I curl up with a cup of herbal tea and read. It's super chic and luxurious for a throw. Feels like a real chinchilla. The bottom is made of soft fleece that feels like spinning air, so soft and light. My cats love it too (see photo). I will definitely buy more for a gift.

Very disappointed with this company. They describe themselves as "a family business based in Austin, Texas" and describe their product as "based in Austin, Texas". I thought I was actually buying a locally made product in Texas. I receive the package and it is MADE IN CHINA. Nowhere in the description of the product and its properties does it say "made in China". I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it was made in China and not locally made.

I like the look of this blanket very much, on the one hand it looks very high quality and elegant. However, there is a completely different material on the back, which looks very cheap. I was looking for a thick, soft and plush throw and it fit perfectly. The faux fur isn't as soft as real fur, but it's still very soft and the inner lining feels nice. I was afraid to order it because some of the reviews said they found stains, but my order came out clean and stain free. The color is the same as in the picture, nice shades of grey. I think some of the complaints here are trivial. Mistakes happen, products aren't always perfect, but with Amazon, a simple call and exchange is pretty easy.
