I like that we can easily add new elements very quickly without having to wait days for updates from support. Sometimes it's hard to find what you need because they have different names for things. I liked that they were very open about their pricing structure which is something most companies don't do these days! We had some issues early but after talking through them it was fixed quickly so we didn't have any major problems afterwards as well. I have been using this product since it first came out. It has not changed much over time but that is good because we can use what they already made. Sometimes I run into problems when trying to do some special effects on our video feed. But other than that everything works perfect!
