I'm partially happy with that. It showed up on time. It was packed very well. When used to cut corn beef brisket, it works great. When I wanted to cut the ham. The bloody ham stuck to the blade and started spinning. I had to constantly turn off the machine after each slice to reposition the ham and make the next slice. What I did NOT want. I want a machine that will NOT stick to food and make the food spin uncontrollably.

Works great, I use it for slicing ham and cheese, I've also used it for tomatoes. Works great for me, cuts great. I don't make very thin slices so it's great for easy home use. On the other hand, after slicing what you are slicing, it doesn't have a tray to hold it so you have to remove it after slicing constantly, it's annoying when you're slicing multiple slices as they get behind the Build up the blade and make it a little dangerous

I've had the machine for about a year, I use it a few times a month. The gear that turns the blade broke today. I emailed customer service and received an immediate response that I would receive the replacement part (in 5 weeks). I opened up the machine to prep it for the new part and found the gear was plastic and positioned for easy food entry. Enough food dried up to clog the gearbox and the piece of metal coming out of the motor literally melted the plastic gearbox due to friction. Pros:…
