Not ready for a new laptop yet but my cable wouldn't stay in place and it got to the point where it stopped charging altogether. I ordered this replacement and it works great.

This product was working fine about a week ago and the picture says it all. Her laptop started crashing, but I still don't think it should have happened. Scared her and me as it could easily start a fire.

Bought for my Acer Aspire 15.5" laptop and it works great! I was skeptical because the last charger I bought was wobbly and wouldn't work right away (the slightest touch would turn it off), but this charger connects perfectly and I've had no problems with it. Very satisfied

I've been using this charger for a few weeks and it works great with my Acer Aspire E5-576-392H. I used to forget my original charger at work so now I have this new one at home and another one at work; Problem solved! Also very happy with the cable length. This is a great charger at a great price.

Excellent price and quality. I previously bought a different brand charging adapter for my wife's Acer laptop and the screen is constantly light and dark. Installed this adapter and the computer is now working properly. I highly recommend this power adapter if you have an Acer E5-562G laptop.

Good charger to replace the original charger for our laptop. I didn't notice any overheating or anything like that. So far, so good. There was one time that it was connected but the computer said it wasn't charging. We just turned it off and let it sit for a while and sure enough it charged. I'm not sure if this is a laptop bug or a loading bug. but I think it was a laptop.

EDIT: Athye Inc. Quickly sent me a replacement adapter of the same model and it works great, 5 star service! The charger I received (it was the exact same model as the one I used previously) made a loud clicking noise when it shorted out about two minutes after being plugged in. I'm pretty sure it's not related to my setup as the charger I used before (same model again) never had this kind of problem and only stopped working when the cable broke.
