Cracked plastic on phone connector

I've been using this charger for less than a month when the plastic and rubber tip that plugs into the phone broke. (see picture) It's not very durable, but it charges my phone well so far. I needed it before I went on vacation to replace a fabric cord charger that stopped working after about two years but had no cracks or visible defects.

The wall adapter stopped working after 2 weeks.

I bought this cable and iPad USB adapter that we display in our restaurant to collect customer emails. It worked at first and then stopped charging the iPad. After some testing, the cable itself still seems to work, but the USB adapter doesn't. I replaced the USB adapter with a genuine Apple adapter I had and it started charging again leading me to conclude that the adapter included in this kit is no good.

Didn't last 10 days

Ordered 2 cables and plugs. Arrived on time, packaging is ok. My current cable was old so I set them aside until needed. I started using it 10 days ago, if anything I started using a new cord and plug. Last night when I went to connect it I noticed that it was already snapped where the cable goes into the part that goes into the phone. I could see the wiring inside. It is used discreetly, I am elderly and disabled in my hospital bed at home so it is not abused in any way. I am so disappointed…
