I was happy with this charger until this morning, both USB and wireless connections. I had my phone plugged in and when I touched the dock that the cable was plugged into (high speed connector) it felt so hot that I couldn't pull it out easily. I unplugged my device, but after it cooled down, I still couldn't unplug the USB. I use it to wirelessly charge my phone and controllers/other devices. One issue I've noticed with this device is that when charging a phone or tablet, the screen keeps turning on and off as if it's just pausing and starting to charge the device. I had no problems charging the device or disconnecting the device while it is doing so. Charger idea is good, 7 USB ports and one USB-C port, inductive charging. Induction charging showed a 10W charge. I haven't been able to confirm if the power output is actually 10W, but we assume so. The Fast Charge 3.0 port isn't much faster than the rest. USB-C was able to charge my MacBook Air, a bit slow but it still works, respect that. The plastic outer shell has a matte finish so it won't leave fingerprints. The power cord is a standard two-prong detachable cord.
