After my son used it at school for 2 months, the tip broke in his hand before he could connect it to the Chromebook 3. Very disappointed with the quality. It appeared to be very well built and worked just as well as the OEM connector we had, but just didn't last long. It wasn't abuse or mistreatment. It has been an OEM for years and still works.

Arrived on time, fits a Chromebook and works very well. The only reason I gave it 3 stars for durability was because of the overall design. The fork should never have been made so small. Because of this I had to replace it. It's too small and bends too easily. However, we've had this item for a few weeks now and it's still holding up and charging well.

Worked like clockwork for a week. Don't buy this junk. EDIT: I had a bad experience with this charger but they fixed the warranty. They sent me a new one for free. This is the 6th charger we have bought for my granddaughter's laptop. These chargers work great! Unfortunately, the problem lies in the design. The manufacturer of the charger is not to blame here. The charger has a small pin that plugs into the side of your laptop. This places the connector in a very vulnerable position to impact. It doesn't take much force to bend or break a fork. So you understand why our ten-year-old granddaughter had to go through so many trials.

If you own one of these Chromebooks, you know the pin on the charging cable is very thin. About as thick as a strong needle. Maybe the same diameter as a strand of raw spaghetti? No, definitely not spaghetti #5, but maybe thin spaghetti. Doesn't matter. The thing is, it's pretty flimsy and prone to breaking if you're not very careful all the time. But in case it breaks, buy this replacement and you're back in business.
