💡 65W AC Charger for Dell Inspiron & XPS Series - Efficient Laptop Power Supply Review

I was very confused at first when I opened the box, not that I had never used my laptop charger before! Luckily the company included instructions (pictured) and it was pretty clear what I needed to do with this charger. I'm really glad they did otherwise I would be really confused how to use it!

I received the charger and connected it to my Dell 13-7000 Inspiron laptop. The battery is not charging. I will maintain the battery charge level. So at least my battery wasn't about to die. I went online, ordered a charger directly from Dell, and plugged it in. The Dell charger charges my laptop perfectly. This charger was a waste of money.

In general it was a pretty decent charger. It worked flawlessly the first time I used it for a quality check and after making sure it worked and would charge my laptop I removed it and gave feedback on my thoughts. Then it literally broke 2 days later when I tried to use it a second time; as it is connected to my laptop but not actually charging my laptop. I gave it 3 stars because it says it has power once connected to the network but won't charge my computer. My computer is shut down and I really can't tell if there are any other issues with it. I bought the charger because my pup chewed on the original.

This is not a Dell factory charger. It works to power the computer, but my device doesn't recognize it and doesn't charge the battery. I have already replaced my 6 month old Dell with a more reliable HP but this charger allows me to turn it on when I need something from this computer.

That never worked to charge the battery. The old one works if the cable is "just right". It gives me flashing error messages and the laptop won't charge. Writes that there is not enough power. Even if it is turned off, it will not charge. I even tried replacing the charging connector. It starts the laptop but the laptop puts it in sleep mode and everything is very slow.
