works very well. After 20 minutes, even though I was using the phone, it was still charging with good quality. Most chargers, if you use your phone while it's plugged in, basically break the overall performance. I am very happy with this charger and if I need more I will buy it again.

Not sure if the car battery life is at its peak but after less than a week the car battery had to be replaced. I've never worked for VW, but I did for a friend's Honda. I'm not sure about the battery performance at the moment. Still, kudos to the company. They sent a new one but VW still doesn't work. Hope it works for you. live and learn.

I could only use it once and charge two phones at the same time. Both phones charged quickly. The charger itself barely got warm. I like the ability to quickly charge two devices at the same time. I don't know how long it will take, but time will tell. It seems, but good for its purpose. Fits tightly in all slots. The cables also don't get hot like someone said.

This is a well built device. It has a nice spring loaded clip operated by a finger lever to hold it on the vent. The gravity controlled clip holds it securely and releases easily. The bottom of the clip is easily adjustable to properly center the charging coil for phones with different body lengths. It charges quickly even when Maps is running. It is attractive and looks like a home in a beautiful car. That's a great deal for the price!

This charged my friend's iPhone XS Max in the car pretty quickly! He went from about 20% battery percent to about 50% battery with a light cord. We were in the car for about 45 minutes so we're very happy comparing this to an old car charger we had. Also, we used the Waze app while charging, so not too bad. I'm sure the charge would be much higher if the phone wasn't being used. It's worth the money and works great! Definitely recommend.

I use it in the car to quickly charge my Galaxy S7. As my phone ages, the battery doesn't last like it used to. The ability to quickly charge on the way to and from work keeps my phone charged. I've found (and verified) that my phone's screen charges quickly (9 volts) but when the screen is on, e.g. B. when a message arrives or when I play music that keeps the screen on, the charger only delivers the standard charge (5 volts).
