Timeless classics work well in children's books

Reading Charlotte's Internet for my children was a joyful experience. Such elegant prose is seldom seen in children's literature. Listening to this delightful book is an essential part of a child's life. Reading this is the most important part of parenting.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

All Adults Must Read

I read Charlotte's Web with my seven year old nephew. Each of us reads a chapter and then connects to FaceTime to discuss it. My nephew is a quick read and tends to skip words or concepts he doesn't understand. It's a fascinating experience for me to find out what he learns and what he doesn't. I haven't read this story in almost 50 years. One of my teacher friends warned me: I bet you can't finish the last chapter without crying. She was right. It was perfect!

Kindle version not worth the money

The book itself is excellent, the Kindle version is poorly made. You would think that every page would be the same as the pages in a real book, but that's not the case. "Chapters" would not appear in any book. bottom of the page and continue the chapter title on the next page. There are also sentences that break off and insert another sentence in the middle and then return to the original sentence. The preview is corrupted because they are not real pages from a book. I am very disappointed that

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Very expensive

An old favorite in children's books

I remember reading this as a kid and loving it, although I thought the ending was bittersweet at the time, but since it was featured on PBS' The Great American Reading, I did I recently decided to re-read this book as it really got me interested in reading growing up. And you know what? I loved him just as much this time as I did then, although the ending is still bittersweet. It was like visiting an old friend that I haven't seen in a while, it really is an old favorite and perfect for all…

Charlotte's Web by EB White

Supplied in a Manela bubble envelope. The book arrived in excellent condition. The Book of Chapters is a great addition to my daughter's library. She is in 5th grade and has requested a literature module from Charlette's Web. He complements their development from illustrated books to novels with his mature vocabulary and artistic illustrations. The sketches fit perfectly with an adventurous story that stimulates the imagination. Anyone can read this book. I recommend this chapter for children…
