You'll know this is a great product for cats when the manufacturers give you instructions on how to build a cardboard shelter using the box. My cats love the cat cave and always sit in a box. I put the cave in my bedroom and the box in my living room. The box is sturdy and big enough to keep my large cats entertained. I am very happy with this purchase.

He spends two to three hours a day there, released, sleeping his best life in his cat cave. He'll even play with it and roll it around like a cat-sized hamster ball. He also plays with a toy covered in sisal. He seems to enjoy it because he can dig into his claws to hold him while kicking him like a rabbit.
