Best I have ever used, great product for anyone!

Since I have only discovered positives up to this point despite the fact that we are waiting for the knife to be put through its paces over an extended period of time, I believe I will extend this evaluation after around six months.

Pros
  • - The length of the blade (the earlier ones were longer, whereas this one has a more agreeable weight distribution and, as a result of the shorter length, the sensation of being "poured in") - There is a stop on the handle in front of the blade for the index finger (this is something that causes me a lot of pain and suffering in general, because when I cut, I rest my finger on the knife blade, and this causes discomfort; however, in this case, there is a continuation of the handle; thank you). - I do not believe that the cost of Spain is really high. - The sharpening that is done here is of a very high standard (there is something to compare it to in terms of brand new knives made by another firm).
